All our jewelry is high quality gold plated and silver and will last a long time. To keep your jewelry beautiful and shiny even longer, we would like to give you some tips:
- Remove your favorite items when showering or swimming; water can damage the gold plating over time.
- Remove your jewelry while sleeping or exercising.
- Be careful with aggressive products such as perfumes and creams.
- Always store your jewelry in our beautiful pouch.
- Clean or polish your items with a dry, soft cloth.
We aim to deliver orders within the Netherlands within 1 working day.
Can I still change my address after I have completed my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, you can no longer make changes. If you have entered an incorrect address, you can cancel and re-place your order. Please note: Typos in the street name are usually automatically corrected by the carrier when shipping your package.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific delivery date and time. We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, so that you will receive your new jewelry quickly!
What are the shipping methods?
- Within the Netherlands we ship via DHL or PostNL.
- For Belgium we use BPost.
- Shipments to the rest of the world are handled by DHL, GLS or DPD.
I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, we recommend that you check the tracking information of your package.
- If you see that your package has been registered with the carrier but has not yet been shipped, we are still processing it.
- If your order is stuck in the sorting phase for more than a few days, please email us at hello@banditjj.com with your order reference so we can check the status of your order.
- If your package is listed as delivered but you have not received it, please check your letterbox or inbox for a message from the courier.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home, the package can be delivered to your mailbox. If the package is too big, the courier will leave a note or deliver the package to your neighbors or a collection point.
Can I have my order shipped to my work address?
Yes, it is possible to have your order shipped to your work address. Make sure you fill in the company name correctly in your address details, so that the delivery goes without problems.
I received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact us at hello@banditjj.com and send a photo of the defective or incorrectly received item along with your order number. We will provide a solution, such as repair, exchange or refund.
My order is incomplete. What should I do?
Check the packing slip to see if there is a partial delivery. This can happen if an item is temporarily out of stock. In that case, you will receive an email about the status. Didn't receive an email? Please contact us at hello@banditjj.com
I am having trouble checking out. What should I do?
Close your browser and try again. Also check that the item is still in stock, as this can change while you are checking out. If you continue to have problems, please contact us at hello@banditjj.com.
How do I know if my order was successful?
If your payment has been processed but you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you are sure something has gone wrong, please send us an email.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
It is not possible to cancel or change your order after it has been placed. This is because we process and ship orders quickly. Of course, you can return an order after you have received it. See here how to return an item.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

What happens if I return my package later than 14 days?
Make sure you return the package within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside this period.
Has my return been received?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed. We will then arrange the refund. Within 2 weeks of receiving your package, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your return has been processed and your money has been refunded.
Can I exchange my items instead of getting my money back?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the possibility of exchanges. Would you like to receive a different item? Return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order via our website.
I want to return two orders. Can I send them together?
Yes, you can return two orders in one shipment. This saves on shipping costs and is better for the environment. Make sure you include both invoices and return forms. The clearer the better.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, products on sale can be returned within 14 days, just like all other items.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method with which the order was placed within 5-10 business days. Please note that on your bank statement, our refund may appear under the name Mollie.
